Just wanted to pop in and bring almost nothing to the discussion by saying thatYorenwas badass, and he'll be missed. (Spoilerised in case anyone hasn't seen s2e3 yet.) -

Yeah, he was one of the things I was sad about in book two.
However, on the flipsidea LOT of shitty, shitty people die horribly in this book, like almost every asshole ever in Harrenhal -

Yup. I'm looking forward to the carnage too, and especially Jaqen.
Also, I know we won't see him for a couple of seasons, but I'm looking forward toTheon's transformation into Reek.That story arc is one of my favourites. -
Jaqen is going to be BAD ASS. I can't wait for the third name either, it'll be interesting to see that played out on screen. *grin*
That one is pretty good although I really hope they off-camera a lot of the transformation. I don't need to see any flayed penises. -

Haaaaahahahahahahahaha both Gendry and Gilly are played by actors from the original season of Skins. -

I've not seen any of season two, yet. A prominent character in season one was played by an actress who used to be in Hollyoaks. Glad everyone seems to be enjoying this show.

Gotta say SNL nailed it with their Behind the Scenes last week. -
Well...they really went there with Melissandre, didn't they?
And yeah, every episode that passes makes me long for next season all the more. -

I appreciate that any adaptation has to do just that: adapt the source material. However, I have to admit that every non-book event makes me a little more annoyed. Is this just me being childish? Episode 2.4 seems to be almost 25% comprised of scenes that have no origin in the books. I wouldn't mind, but some of the new scenes are the worst scenes of the entire show.
Edited to add: Renthing - No kidding man, that final scene was awesome. -
