GRRM doesn't care about your shit, because Stevie Nicks is writing poems about his books, has crush on him.

    Fun fact - they're both 65.

Well, that was...certainly something. Look at that Arya's growing up so nicely!

I had to watch it twice through. Favourite bits "Eat your fucking LEMON CAKES Sansa!" the end, and the bit before the end.
    Very very good

"I will eat... all the fucking chickens." which had me laughing, in no small part, because in the back of my head I heard the echoes of "Let's do this. LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY JENKINS!"

That hint of a smile. It's her tune now. Chills.

My one issue with that scene was the lack of a certain phrase. But it's a small complaint.

"Lots of people name their swords."
    "Lots of cunts!"

Well, if there's one word I'd use to describe the Hound...

Okay so I'm halfway through the second season and I have some questions:
    - why did they give up on the blonde hair dye for Peter Dinklage?
    - why show full-frontal male nudity when it just ends up ruining the illusion? Men are constantly pulling away from whores they've just finished fucking, with flaccid penises.

I love the aesthetics but I keep noticing continuity errors.

Been waiting a looooong time for that. Also, every scene with Oberyn is a delight.

Word. So many people saying "Hey, you. Go fuck yourself." without saying it like that.

And to quote my wife, the mother of my child, "No...I didn't like it. He didn't seem to suffer enough."

Haven't seen anything in the new season, but having read the books, I'm pretty sure I can guess what happened. And yes. It's a simultaneously harrowing and happy incident :D

If you donĀ“t think he suffered enough, well, they may have toned it down a bit from the books, I guess. It was pretty dang terrible there.

Oh, I thought it was fine. The complaint from many of my friends is that it wasn't epic enough. Another friend brought up a good point that maybe it wasn't supposed to be, that he didn't warrant "epic" and dying ignobly was just the sort of death he deserved.

I'm kinda pissed off he's dead, as I loved to hate the vile bastard. Another good episode.

The funniest moment in that latest episode was
Joffrey bored to death by Sigur Ros' version of The Rains of Castamere

I just want to talk about a thing. Hiding book spoilers below.

How are they going to work the Shae storyline, do you think? It seems like they are trying to use her in place of Tysha, but that seems like it will be difficult to pull off. It makes sense to use her in some ways, because we see that she (in the show version, at least) loves Tyrion. And it's difficult to introduce Tysha as an abstract sort of motivation for what Tyrion will do from here out, with the "where whores go" bit and all. But if she's safe in Pentos, he would know where to find her and wouldn't have any interest in going to Mereen or anywhere else. If she were captured by Tywin's men, surely they would make her testify against Tyrion in his trail. And once that is done, I can't see things going much differently then in the books. As much as I like this version of Shae, I'm gonna be sort of bummed if Tyrion doesn't kill someone with that King's Hand pin.

To answer your question I think:

I imagine it will be the end of book three, where Tyrion finds Shae fucking Tywin and he kills the both of them before fleeing the capital.

I guess it's not going to be fashionable to play that song at a wedding for a good long while.
