@nigredo, you know, not once have I ever listened to Roky Erickson? On the strength of that song, I'm beginning to think this was an oversight.

    As for me:
Black Moth Super Rainbow. Acquaintance turned me on to them.
Doves. Haven't listened to this album in a long time, but I love it.

    @ Le Dude

Love BMSR. Falling Through a Field is a lovely album.

I have to say I don't like everything I've heard by Rocky Erickson, but some tracks just floor me:

Skeletonkids just keep getting better, really loving Pye Corner Audio, lots ofgoodness on Haruki Tamesue's page. For review I'm listening to the new Vast Aire EP:

    Plus the new Wiley:

This has got to win the prize for best mashup - WAVVES Vs. Dooom (courtesy of Balam Acab, as ETHEREA):

Also been enjoying a trip down memory lane with this track, was rocking this constantly while in NYC two years ago. Seems like yesterday.

In the car, I keep three burned cds as insurance against having to listen to the radio:
a Secret Policeman's Ball- With Our Bear Hands
    Tomahawk- Mit Gas
    Tub Ring- Secret Handshakes

Right now, I'm listening to a stream of the new ohGr album, Undeveloped. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. Not bad, though.

Been addicted to CBC 3's rock podcast, and heard something that reminded that music could be fun.

    And suprisingly good.

And from the band "No Means No", comes a "Ramones" parody.

If this isn't on Dethalbum III, heads will roll...

Also, Scottish death metal. Perhaps this will go some way towards atoning for The Proclaimers

    Something a little different
