			<![CDATA[ I think VLC lets you change the sync when you play a movie. Should be able to edit it also I'm pretty sure.  Check out Avidemux also, it's an open source video editor. ]]>

			<![CDATA[ Virtualdub will do it..easy...in link below..<br /><br /><a href="http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act=ST&f=4&t=14396&" ><br />Heris Virtualdub For Beginners</a><br /><br /><br />If you know the exact time out of sync it is you can put<br />it in.<br /><br />Or you can export a wav of the audio. Open the wav and the movie <br />(with the out of sync sound muted) in your favourite video editor/audio editor,<br />nudge, nudge it till it's in sync.<br /><br /><br />Export the wav.<br /><br />follow instructions in virtualdub for beginners to put it back<br />in without re-rendering the video (it takes seconds!)<br /><br />any newbie questions ask in the newbie part of the forum<br />in link above.<br /><br /><br />Heri Mkocha<br />http://www.youtube.com/thearklight ]]>
