    I love the Artwork. It has a classic line drawn feel to it that i'd expect from comics in the 80's.

    As for this statment...
    It’s my last saving grace before I beat you up and toss you into the pit of horrors that is “THE ICELANDIC TRILOGY”, a nine-part epic so black, so abusive, so incredibly bleak and hopeless that I cannot shake this bad feeling in my gut.

    spoke to a few friends last weekend about the ICELANDIC TRILOGY and told them that it would be covering the Age of the Sturlungs. It was fair to say that all five of them were very interested in this. Just need to ensure that our LCS will stock it as they're a bit flaky with singles, although they are solid with TPBs.

    @icelandbob - it covers three eras: settlement, conversion, and then the civil war and end of the commonwealth. But I should stress that this is one of the less historically-bound Northlanders arcs. Its an entirely fictional story with these major beats in Icelandic history as backdrops only. Just wanted to give you that heads up.
