   @ Alan Tyson: It was indeed a pie of great loveliness, one of the finest i've eaten, and if you see me in the flesh you'll know i've had a few.
   Yesterday turned out to be quite full of serendipitous wonder and i hope to get something written about it later when i have a moment.
   
   @ Bankara, nope, wasn't on the island. Just delicious steak and ale gravy in that one.

   It's getting dangerously close to october, so I figured it'd be a good idea to start the fall thread here the other day. Being the absent-minded, occasionally dithering moron that I am, I naturally started it in the middle of the week, on an odd day to start anything, at a time that is generally when whitechapel is least populated. Go me. And not remember to provide the link to boot...
