    On account of James Cunningham's saying that he would be in town for E3 in the Nerd Gaming thread, and I think there being one or two other industry types hereabouts who are being mum on their presence (though at a guess I'd say Flabyo isn't out here), I thought I'd float the idea of an LA chapter meet-up in a more structured form.

    I probably should have done this sooner, but, whatever...

    Anybody else up for a meet-up sometime this week (I was thinking Wednesday or Thursday night)?

    Thursday will be a conjunction night of sorts, as the monthly downtown art walk will be in full swing in the middle of the E3 madness. I don't know if I can make it, but that might be a fun (tho difficult to get in bars) night.

    Tomorrow night is open. Thursday night is taken with a group trip to The Counter, which is the greatest burger joint on the planet. On the downside, I don't drink. :)

    I'm wandering freely, attempting to do some writing. Today's a bit of a bust due to being a bit too scattered to soak up enough in-depth info to pull a real article together, so tomorrow night and on the plane home I'm going to have to make up for lost time. Got a couple things posted, but I need to get more done.

    Sorry about no external-E3 meet-up. It turns out every spare second outside the convention hall is either booked or being used for much-needed rest.
