If you're up for a bit of inside baseball, this started as a 28-page comic (which received an Eisner nomination a couple years back), then another, and then they were both embellished into a 160-page graphic novel. I had started shopping it around to publishers and received some excellent responses, but for a variety of reasons it made more sense to start serializing it online. Thus, DelilahDirk.com.

@Ben Gwalchmal - hey, thanks for the link! I feel as though I've seen the trailer before, but it must have been in passing or maybe it was before the film was released. I dunno why it didn't stick. I'm looking forward to checking it out. Any idea how "successful" it was?

@Ben Gwalchmai - I checked it out - it was charming to the extreme, and surprisingly dark considering the lighthearted, Amelie-esque tone. I'm not surprised no one's picked it up for a NA release. IMDB suggests it was, technically, a financial success. Not by a lot, though. Whatever - I enjoyed it. Especially the lead actress.
