Tiernen Trevallion is going to be big, I'd bet my willy on it. Just look at his Feast of Toys (some B&W pages too and I don't know what this is all about) and he is currently showing what he can do in his first series at 2000AD, Absalom, although I don't expect Tharg will be able to keep him for long.

I agree with Warren about Will Kirkby (I got to see his Tuk Tuk cityscape at Bristol this year and it is amazing) and would add WJC - his Gungle should be a big break-out hit.
