I'm having a time out until I can learn some manners.
First off, thanks to the guv'nor for allowing this post.

Second, I'm a long time lurker here at Whitechapel. Actually I'm more of a lurker in the real world too. But there have been times over the last few years when sticking my head in here has kept me sane. So thanks for that, Whitechapel, you're scrummy.

So what is it that's Warren's fault?

At the back end of last year, he did this <a href="http://www.warrenellis.com/?p=11113">

I sometimes write little bits and bobs, email them to friends for no particular reason. Fiction bombs. I did this <a href="http://twixtthewarpandtheweft.blogspot.com/2011/06/episode-01.html">

One friend emailed straight back “Tell me more.” She was in a dark place at the time, her dad had just passed, so I did. I sent her 100 words, every day, for a hundred days. She enjoyed it so much, she told other people about it, they asked to read it. They were all impossibly generous with their comments.

They're telling me to put it out there, so I am. So from tomorrow, I'll be here http://twixtthewarpandtheweft.blogspot.com/
presenting a flash fiction serial, 100 words a day. 100 days.

I'd love it if any of you felt like reading it. And if you do, I have a question: did I get the pacing right?

    Thanks for reading this.

    Gavin

There's a review by my good friend Jim Moon here: <a href="http://hypnogoria.blogspot.com/2011/06/twixt-warp-and-weft.html">

Everything I've done for the past two years is Warren's fault.
