It's Friday, it's FREAKANGELS. Running towards the end... and I'm pretty sure every possible OTP's been covered, now. Heh. Just sayin'.

It's getting haaaaaawt here in Portland (hahaha my parents live in Sacramento so I'm well aware I've got blissfully spring weather compared to some of you). But the point stands that it's a pain in the ass to mow the lawn when it's more than 50 degrees out. On the other hand, yesterday I spent my workday running Theremina's birthday party in the background as an excellent busy-day soundtrack and that was lovely. How's everyone else, doing?

I don't think the bleeding eyes is good... Though the pairing certainly is.

As for me, I sit in bloody freezing Canberra (at least compared to Sydney, which is mild) drinking cider at a friends place, good fun, must do more of it sometime. Other than that alright, uni restarts in two weeks, even though it finished for the hols two weeks ago. Fuck.

Aha! Well I suppose that explains why neither Kirk nor Karl seem to have been getting much action with the ladies :)

Lovely shot of Kew gardens as well.

The rain is setting in here for the first time in months. Looks like a nice, cold, rainy weekend. I may have to make soup.

This part of the UK has been all rain, sun, RAIN, sun, RAAAIN, sun for days now and it's getting a bit old.

Grass is a lovely shade of green though, instead of the slightly melted yellow we usually have this time of year.

    Oh, no. I'm sad now.

Just called in sick to work, and miraculously, my morning migraine went away. Amazing how that works.

Girlfriend out of town until Wednesday. Bedbug exterminators will be here in a few hours. Looking forward to seeing these bastards dead.

Had to work with a murderer, yesterday. A carjacking, raping murderer. I've worked with murderers before, but this guy is just vile. My co-workers have worked with this guy for a while now; I'm just kinda new in Special Housing (kinda like Solitary). I'm just a little bothered by it/him. I can use an extra day off. Call it a mental health day.

Awww, that's sweet, and probably made a few of the Kirk/Karl relationship speculators punch the air to boot.

It's been pissing it down here pretty much constantly since umm.. May, I think. But that's fine with me because I love a rainy night, and I love making appropriately hearty food to go with the weather. Also, if this keeps up it means that my fellow brits can legitimately complain that 'we didn't have a summer', as opposed to just saying that at the end of the season no matter how glorious the weather actually was.

Kirk & Karl. Goddman it, why didn't that click with me before - seems so obvious now.

Well, it's a clear shot from here to the end now folks, no more interruptions or skip weeks according to Paul's message last week. One last long good hit of that good pure FreakAngels mindcandy. I'm going to savor it because going cold turkey afterwards is going to be a hard shock to the system.

I've yet to see a good story where bleeding eyes was a good thing.

I'm not so sad now, more unsure!

Rain, sun...repeat until tinned sardines start falling from the sky. A reasonable weekend lined up to finish of a boring week. Need to pick up pencils and papers soon. have done some mighty blogging over the last few days and need to relax.
My 6 year old daughter wants to make a comic, but all I can think of is something like 28 Days Later.
This may end up like Axe-Cop?!
My daughters stories are very random, like an Eddie Izzard routine, but with less transvestites.
Hope all has a good weekend and fights against the weather!

I'm in the "probably not good that they're bleeding from head orafices" crowd. Love all over (Luke aside, as per usual) though, so it's all in good fun, and I am confident Our Heroes will suffer only minor effects from rebuilding the entire country with their heads.

As for life, my best friend is down til Monday, that's quite nice. My daughter has been deposited with the in-laws so I can sleep in a bit in the mornings. I got published in an itty bitty litzine, which I'll post a link to when I'm not on my phone. And finally, last night I got an invitation to the Star Wars: The Old Republic beta. That last one might not seem like much, but I've been waiting for this game for months. I'm really excited about it.

And now I'm off to shower and then see a bunch of audio gear at the appropriately named GearFest.

    'Evening Whitechapel,

It's late on this side of the globe. I just had a drink and a good talk with my ex, marking 6 months since we split up. That was an interesting experience.

Much FreakAngels love. The London emerging scenes are still blowing me away. Hoping the bleeding eyes aren't too serious, but it does look like they're completely tearing their physical bodies apart.

    Good morning/afternoon.

    Please. Don't.

    Thanks everybody.

It's looking amazing! Also ouch, blood from eyes.

First off, this comic makes me really, really want to visit London.

It's hot and humid in the South. It's like walking around in a fat man's asshole.

I'm busy as hell. I'm still working on this project that's been kicking my ass for two months now: me and a buddy of mine (who registered at Whitechapel but never told me his username, the bastid), five stories each, five thousand words each story, for publication on the Kindle via Amazon. Once I get these fuckers down and we're ready to go, I'll post a thread, if that's all right.

Hope all you sumbitches are having a good week!

    Don't die!

Kirk and Karl were a complete surprise to me, but not at all unbelievable. Eyebleeding is bad. I am getting very curious.

Fifth page, second panel... that just broke my heart in a good way.

Doing good here. Quiet weekend celebrating my girlfriend's birthday then running around like a madman next week on various studio shoots and burlesque shows.

Oh and next Friday marks one year since I was fired from my job. My current boss thinks that means it's time for a review of my work now and that may involve quantities of Jaegermeister. Have I mentioned that I really like my job now?

That was a lovely episode, you know, up until the eye-bleeding. But they don't die, right?

It's summer in Toronto. I know that because the rain's warmer.

Just in time for Pride Weekend comes this revelation about Kirk & Karl. Who says Warren and Paul don't provide fan service?

That aside, the bleeding eyes bit makes me worried. Yes, we know the energy forms of the FAs survive in the future. But does this mean the FAs bodies will explode like firecrackers?

Life-wise, I've been indulging in our annual LGBT Film Festival. Lots of goodies including a personal appearance by Chely Wright.

Otherwise, my need for new digs has intensified, and I'm in the throwing out lines and seeing if anyone bites phase.
