    @Ariana

    Are you a California kid or do your parents just live there? Mine moved from San Jose to Rocklin (just a touch east of Sacramento) and they were disturbed by how hot it got their first summer). After his first $300 monthly power bill for air conditioning my dad said fuck it and put in a huge solar panel system.

    Great now I'll never be able to tell Kirk & Karl apart. By all the OTPs you meant Luke & his balls, KK & her science, right Ariana? Worried about the eye bleeding and persistent, maybe building, head pain.

    Beautiful undrowning art. Just amazing, Paul.

    Fucked up my back sleeping on a friend's couch. first time this couch has done that and I feel betrayed. I'm one who'll lean much more toward "wah, pain, I can't do anything!" And I'm trying to push through it to get something done. God, anything. But there's also the whole money issue - as in, I hain't got any. I'm terrible at making up my own schedule in the best of circumstances but now I really have some work to do.

    Been a bit since I posted into one of these.

    I like the sneak-up-on-you nature of the Kirk/Karl thing, but it fits. Should the leaky-eye-syndrome not be terminal, I could see them having a wonderfully grumpy life together on top of a mountain with a vineyard. Defended by acid-spitting bees, or something else they've edited.

    Also, re: leaky-eye-syndrome...no crying in whitechapel, amirite? Does that apply to blood?

    Things are good out in my end of the real world. Something something science.

    Nice to see Kirk and Carl coming out in a casual way.

    Was I the only one that interpreted their stare on the 3rd panel of the 1st page as meaning they -have- had sex with Jack?

    I thought the same! I mean, really... who hasn't? Hands? Anyone?

    I'm a bit late on this, and like John Skylar above, I've been absent from Whitechapel for a while. But still, a great episode. It seems as though FA will be reaching it's climax at around the same time this chapter of my life will.

    And for the record, being unemployed for almost two years sucks, but so does realizing you have to move 900 miles away to find work. The most intense suckage, however, is reserved for having to disassemble 41 years of life and home to make that move, without even knowing if you'll be able to get a job on the other end.

    On a more positive note, at least I won't have to worry about people there recognizing me as I wipe a dirty rag across their windshield and beg for change. (Ain't I a cheery bastard?)
