@NeilFord - it frankly boggles my mind that this is your first published comics work... from the consistent amazing quality of the pictures you've been posting the past year I guess I just assumed you were already long down that road. Have you been selling pieces as illustrations in any other markets?
@oddbill - nah, not really. I'm a web designer by trade, so often get to flex the old illustration muscles with that. I've only been drawing again seriously for 2 or 3 years, had a bewildering decade + long layoff previous to that.
@adam - not right now thanks mate, I'm over committed as it is currently! Do appreciate the offer though, so many thanks! :) Time is the problem, I run my own business, takes up most of my time and makes a shit load more cash than comics ever will. My poor tattered soul though... le sigh.
@m.e.walsh….killer Josie piece. @hey…sweet as usual. @no cuddle…nice how you suggested space and perspective. @Neil…cool pic and congrats. @frequent…awesome. @spike…nice texture. @ale…nice composition. Is that computer modelled? @used…strip's hilarious. Love the second one as well.
Yesterday's field work...combo of moleskine and ipad sketches. I forgot how I missed drawing to live music.
@used_bandaid- love your comic its hilarious @mojokingbee- nice sketches. i can see the action/ emotion in them @neilford- jesus christ you trying to scare the life out of me!! thats one creepy pic love it!
i am currently working on a comic with a writer for the 215 ink anthology here is a panel
@used_bandaid - lovely work! Digging yer dirty doodle too! :)
@imaginarypeople - Cheers! Love that serious looking molar on the loose - ouch!
@ALE - what 3d software are you using? I had a go with z-brush, found it a little [lot] bewildering, sculptris seems a bit easier, but I can't be arsed to learn another bit of software right now frankly.
