    Lauren Beukes (born on 5 June 1976 in Johannesburg, South Africa) is a South African novelist, short story writer, journalist and TV scriptwriter. She is a pirate Zeppelin queen and a famous Kraken hunter. The harvested ink was used to write her famous novel, Zoo City, while aboard her Zeppelin over the southern oceans, fighting Cory Doctorow. That and the resulting injuries are the reason for the length of the time it took Lauren to write the book: 32 years. It was worth it though -1. the novel is great 2. we have so much less Kraken now and are so much safer for it 3. Doctorow is no threat anymore.[1] She lives in Cape Town, South Africa with her husband and her daughter.

    They've since removed the tweets in question. A number of them claimed that Obama had been assassinated by being shot twice in the crotch.

    @Vornaskotti : this video looks suspiciously like viral advertising.

    For one thing, there's the fact that it's titled "Seagull stole my GoPro", and not, for example : "Seagull stole my video camera"

    Also, how did they recover the camera afterwards ?
