@Wood. Makes a nice conversation starter don't you think?

Cracked article about deathly dangerous amusement parks of the past, including a rollercoaster that shook itself apart so often that its operating schedule was "whenever we get it all put together again".

That's insane... that left ad is actually real? It only needs a shot of an Arab man with the text "Terrorist are brown. Do you know any brown people?"

The MET do have a history of poorly judged poster work. Who remembers the classic 'all seeing eye' one they did?

That left poster looks like everything at work I see every day. I feel like I need a certificate of completion for another useless bit of mandatory training.

The ad on the left is real, and it's no laughing matter. I'm trying to find an article on the 60-odd year old guy here who got woken up in the middle of the night by friendly armed police for the dual crime of being black and being a frequent visitor to Maplins (electronics shop) despite the fact that he was a technician. It's horribly reminiscent of the accounts of people who wound up in the concentration camps because their neighbours would report them to the Nazis, often over sleights, or conflict. This stuff openly states "The government want you to pull each other to bits"

I think someone got confused about the meaning of "Ringbearer"
    Gollum!!

Stupid jokey setup for a two-year old link:
    Q: Wot's the difference between a "0" and a "false"?
    A: About 28,000 tons!

Wait, what? Oh, just click the link already.

You think that's good? Check out the wiki page for Fisting.

Just a heads up: Really, really, REALLY NSFW.

If we're talking weird but true on Wikipedia, how about Dog Whipper?

(In the interests of full disclosure I must admit to creating it myself in the far, dim depths of wikihistory)

I like how I've got your nose links to the page on the fig sign, and they use the same picture for both. Ha.

Maybe my sense of humor is too easy sometimes, but one of my favorites is what happens when you look up Derp:

Derp or DERP may refer to:
Mr. Derp, a minor character in South Park
    A location in Deurne, Netherlands
An alternate spelling of Darp, in the Netherlands
An acronym for "Drug Effectiveness Review Project"
In internet slang it may be used as a placeholder expression (e.g. unimportant and/or foolish dialog may be expressed as "derp derp derp"). Often used in partnership with "herp".

    Oh no. OH NO.

    beware the link
